Victoria Station in Penang

"This used to be a popular restaurant. The exterior of this well-known restaurant is attractive. It is out of the ordinary. I suppose it's trying to evoke the feeling of Victoria Station in England. We dined within the 'train coach'. The service was okay. I ordered baked fish while my wife ordered the BBQ lamb steak. I found the baked fish excellent. The lamb was good."

"The place is comfortable, wide and the food portion is huge which affordable with the price. The taste of the steak is also great. Will come back for more. The size of the steak in the picture is almost similar to size of the face , which is really appropriate when you are in hungry state. you will be provided with bun, salad as appetizers for the steak."

"It was my first time visiting Victoria Station, and I must say, the food was absolutely delightful. I had the pleasure of dining in their restaurant and chose a seat in their unique train-themed section. We had their Fresh Tomato Soup, Mushroom Soup, Seafood Cocktail, V.S Black Pepper Chicken, V.S Chicken Maryland, and Strawberry Milk Shake. [It was one of the best milkshakes I have ever had.] Their establishment also has the perfect design for us to take photos and check in."

"All the while, I would rate steaks, and they really had great ones. This round, I had the simple western fish, oxtail, mango shrim, and chicken. Abit overpriced I felt with others have better and cheaper. But I'll still love their steaks. Don't ger me wrong, the food is still good. Just that i felt i had better with a cheaper price. The mango shrimp and oxtail still remain good. Unfortunately, my favorite escargot is not available . I will still be back for their steaks, though."

"Serving time is unexpectedly quite fast for a steak. Super tender meat. 1 portion can made you full. Yes, it pricey, but it actually worth it. photogenic place, definitely beautiful & unique."

"Interesting western steak grill restaurant with train wagons and train station ornaments. We ordered mix grill platter and also the salmon grill. Amazing were the lamb, chicken and garlic bread. The steak was grilled well, but the meat was just too lean thus lack of fat taste. Also ordered cappuccino and chocolate cake, both were amazing too. In overall, it's a nice restaurant to visit, price is also acceptable."

"The place is nice and cozy, dining inside a train. The foods are classic western foods, the foods are delicious and big portions, have to give up the idea of ordering an ice cream banana boat as dessert after the meal, reserve it for next visit. Slightly difficult to get hold of the waitresses due to the train design. overall a great experience"
